i have been engaged for six years, having been with my partner for nine years before that, total 15 years when the other day totally out of the blue he said let's set a date........ my heart raced and i nearly fell over!!!!!!! i now consider this my second proposal and we have set a date for 11 October next year (2010).... by the time we really and truly get married it will be 17 years in total, LUCKY he is my very best friend and life partner or i would have ran out of patience by now!!!!!!!
